By signing up for a membership through one of our promotions, competitions or draws you agree to let frenchmeeting.net withdraw the trial period price and then the normal monthly rate for the monthly subscription from the credit card used when signing up. When you buy a subscription, you will automatically be renewed until you terminate under ”My account – Settings” on www.frenchmeeting.net. You have to be at least 18 years of age and reside in one of the countries we are operating in, to have a valid subscription to www.frenchmeeting.net. There are no hidden charges when purchasing the introduction subscription associated with the before mentioned welcome gift, just the amount stated in the campaigns, as you can terminate you subscription before the 5 days trial period runs out.

A rejection of a subscription payment, the customer will later be charged the same amount until payment goes through. Is it not possible to make payment, access immediately closing until payment has been made correctly.

Payments which rejected attempts will be raised again later for a new period. Rejected payment in over half a year, terminates the subscription automatically and access for the site frenchmeeting.net closes and competition participation ceased.

It is the responsibility of the customer to have sufficient funds on the card and the payment will not fail, if the customer wants full participation and the right to any gifts. The following credit cards can be used for payment: Master card, Visa, Visa Electron and Amex.

A confirmation email for your order/payment will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription.

Pricing by country
This cost for the service at frenchmeeting.net is depending on the promotional campaign, competition or draw that you joined and which country – all trial based subscriptions will automatically continue to a monthly subscription until cancelled – after the trial period. All prices are inclusive VAT. The right arising see. These terms, which can be read in the “Returns and rights of withdrawal”.

Payment happens through credit/debit cards.
Payment happens through an SSL-encrypted connection. I.e. there is maximum security for payments made to frenchmeeting.net. We have maximum security on our servers – this is to provide reassurance for our customers.

Promotional offers and welcome gifts
All promotional campaigns and competitions, draws, is proposals and examples of what you can buy with the gift card you receive as a welcome gift, welcome gifts will be handed as gift cards to Amazon.com or the Amazon online department of your country of origin, via e-mail – if you meet all requirements. If you have joined frenchmeeting.net via a promotional campaign which offers a Tablet, Mini Laptop or Android Smartphone or another product or competition, you will receive an Amazon gift card or a gift card on Gyft.com, which can be redeemed and used for over 200 different retailers on a amount equivalent the value of the product showed for an example on the promotional campaign. Typically in the value around 60-99€ EUR – depends on the promotion used.

Please note that if you have signed up through a competition or a draw (for instance to win an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Bimby, Thermomix, Calvin Klein, etc..), you will be contacted directly if you win by E-mail or Telephone. (So no need to contact us, if you won or not) The competitions and draws usually ends 30th June and 30th November in any given year. Winners will be notified within 14 days. All the competitions, are proposals and examples of what you can buy for the prize money. 1 winner wil be chosen twice a year, across all the countries we are operating in.

If you are the lucky winner of one of our competitions or draws, we would appreciate – if you would send back a photo of you and the prize you won and a testimonial by e-mail – That we can use for our website and future promotions.

There is an expected delivery time of 30 days, depending on demand, products, and gift cards in relation to your welcome gift. If you haven’t received your gift card within 30 days after signing up, there have been a mistake and you should contact our customer service, who will make sure to send your gift card. If the gift card you have requested have been sold out or if it is delayed, or if something else is causing that we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will offer you another gift to be sent instead – useally a giftcard. If a cardholder makes a chargeback on a payment, the cardholder will automatically lose the right to refunds, the welcome gift and will be denied access to all websites owned by Icm Digital Ltd and Partners. To receive the gift, all terms and rules are complied with and all payments are timely, and not paid by stolen, invalid cards, or anything else, that would result in the terms not being met. In the case of terms not being met, you will lose the right to refunds and welcome gifts.

Promotional offers including a welcome gift are limited to one per household and per person and valid until stocks last.

Termination of subscription
You can easily unsubscribe sending an email to support@frenchmeeting.net, which always respond within two business days, or you can log into your profile and then unsubscribe yourself. We recommend that you login and unsubscribe yourself as it goes way faster, as you do not have to wait up to 48 hours for a response from our support team.

Customer Support
You can always get in touch with our customer support via phone or e-mail. Our telephone hours are from 8am to 12pm Mon-Fri. Customer support is closed on weekends and all public holidays. We recommend all of our users to send us an e-mail with questions, as there may be a lot of waiting on the phones. E-mails must be sent to support@frenchmeeting.net. Should you have any questions that can not be answered by the person in question at customer support this employee will seek advice and get back to you as soon as possible.

In case of credit card fraud, frenchmeeting.net can never be held responsible. In case of a dispute concerning the payment, members must immediately inform frenchmeeting.net via customer service at support@frenchmeeting.net. frenchmeeting.net reserves the right to modify payment terms, prizes as well as the content of offers and services at any time without notice. If frenchmeeting.net should change the monthly subscription price, all members will be notified 30 days prior to the change taking effect.

Liability and responsibility of the cardholder
You registration is binding from the moment you log into your profile and thus take your subscription in use. The cardholder is required to pay the full amount for the whole period and the following payments, unless the cardholder has terminated the subscription correctly as described in the terms. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to make sure there is sufficient balance on the card to pay for the subscription. In the case insufficient payment, fraud or repeated errors, the subscriber will lose access to our website, any welcome gift and refunds. Changes of Terms & Conditions
Icm Digital Ltd reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. If the terms change it will be published on our website and the subscriber will have 30 days to terminate the subscription if you disagree with the terms. This will apply in a case of significant changes in your current agreement with frenchmeeting.net. After the 30 days any still existing member will be deemed to have accepted the changes implied. The subscriber can at any time change address and user details via the “My profile”. The changes till then take effect in the current terms.

Failure to receive welcome e-mails, winner e-mails etc
frenchmeeting.net cannot be held accountable for the subscriber not receiving the welcome email, terminations, welcome gift mails, invoices, receipts etc. It is at any time the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that your provider or e-mail is accessible and able to receive the mentioned mails. By ensure that they do not end up in the spam folder or ”junk mail”. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail can have problems related to the e-mails sent from frenchmeeting.net and we advise you to use an alternative provider when subscribing to frenchmeeting.net.

Exclusions
frenchmeeting.net and Icm Digital Ltd, reserves the right to exclude a member, without warning, in the following cases:

Service abuse.
Violation of the current Terms & Conditions. Sharing information concerning other members’ (e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc.)
Illegal behavior, non-ethical, irresponsible or any other behavior that could be construed as harassment towards other members or the website itself.
Accounts considered being fraudulent.
General inacceptable behavior as defined by the site.
Any content considered as a direct violation with the law as well as cases of harassment will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the IP address of the member, time of creation and any other necessary information.
